Actually I didn't. Also I don't use social media really. I did hear that when I pick up a new dive light yesterday. Since my better half and her kid moved in about 6 years ago I haven't dove. So I wanted to get some shore dives in and work on skills before going to deep
I have a D9 and a Vyper Air, the only problem I ever had was I had to re-sync them. Also I had to reset my compass on the D9. Other than that they are great.
I noticed that on Saturday night as well. The current was going pretty well and seemed to only have slack tide dor a minim amount of time, then vis went to 5 feet tide picked up quick and I got out.
I always put the watch within 5 inches of the transmitter and if you have a D9 you need to sync it up before it hits the water or it won't sync up, well mine won't
I just bought a 2nd steel tank. The first time I used an AL tank I ended up floating to the top of the surface on a shore dive. I bought a steel right after that. My one steel is 5 years old and has no rust yet. The other I just bought a week ago and am using it this weekend. They are Fabers...
