I highly recommend Divine Diving in Labuan Bajo. I spent two weeks diving with them this past November. They are exceptional and offer LOBs for about $700 for 4 days/3 nights and cheaper for 3 days/2 nights. They also run day trips. Let me know if you have any more questions...

Very interesting.....thank you! Back spasms...lol.....BTW, I did call to find out if my policy covered volcanos. Apparently volcanos fall under the "bad weather" area of the policy. Since it said nothing specifically about volcanos I wasn't so sure until I made the call. :)
