Embrace a New Double Hose Regulator

Ok I am not quite sure of the meaning of your question. Different between rebreathers or between other Double Hose Regulators. The difference between DHR's or single hose units and rebreathers has always been OC and CC......that is common knowledge......OC has no chemicals or electronics to...

Embrace a New Double Hose Regulator

I currently am not concerned with CE certification (certified Europe) as I plan to start with internet sales only, individuals shipped to. To ship to shops who sell in Europe requires that certification, not to individuals who buy from anywhere other than Europe on the net, at least to my...

Embrace a New Double Hose Regulator

A double hose, no matter who's you prefer is only the fraction of the cost of a rebreather, the training and maintenance. The death rate of a rebreather user is also astounding high compared to OC, including a double hose. See "searats" comments on the rebreather forum. There is a difference of...

Embrace a New Double Hose Regulator

The start up funds of $125,000.00 included all the processes involved in design and manufacturing etc. Visit my campaign site for the budget break down (a pie chart). Granted I was over ambitious with this wanting everything up front to start, therefore a part two campaign to fund the mouthpiece...

Embrace a New Double Hose Regulator

    1. The Mk3 introduced the low profile (thin) first stage because it didn't start out as a modification of the USD Titan first stage. 2. Quality of the design... Ask anybody who has one how well the Mk3 breathes... There are 18 of them out there. The Mk3 was a proof of concept prototype. And...

Elan, The original HookaPort adapter nut was designed by me. I use to sell these in competition with an older design VDH was selling, until VDH made a cheap copy out of some kind of pipe cap and undersold my design....... But that is water under the bridge......... Anyway, I do not...

    Getting started in vintage diving

Elmer, There is one other skill with the DH, I have not seen noted on this forum or anyother.....if one looses their mouthpiece-hoses for any reason and it gets away from them and rises over and behind their heads, it can be difficult to locate with both hands. This can get scary for a new...

how does this sucker come apart?

Herman It looks to be once piece, even if the metal ring holding the lens is smooth'er polished than the stainless case............put it in a vice and then tried to loosen it with a pipe wrench.....nothing...........odd way to make a precision instrument.......
