i went to the holiday beach resort on friday to practise statics in their pool. the water was disgusting and my hair was green for four days.
took a look at the dive centre, no-one was there.
pretty nasty looking resort, won't return. Sorry!!!
I dive mainly for the fish.. its exactly why i like diving.. watching fish behaviour, watching their beauty and diversity.. i dont consider myself a tourist at all.
the indopacific area where i did most of my diving boasted 1000 species of fish and never ever did i get tired of it... the...

hehehehe glad you said that... i worked at Club Med in maldives for a while.. and it was like a sausage factory, 3 boats in the morning, 60 divers.
How many kilos? Ummm.... Ok take four.

and so on... most divers were overweighted and CM's attitude...
well we did the PPB clinic this afternoon...
7 out of 10 people touched the hoop, got caught in it, or smacked it with their fins...
we had two hoops at two different positions and levels.
well they already have the trim and proper weighting as they are divemasters and have just completed the Assistant Instructor course... we are doing this clinic to give them ideas for when they teach.

Actually I may have omitted to say... I am already an instructor.. I am doing my staff instructor on the IDC.. just i am so rusty on physics (i haven't taught a divemaster course...
can anyone explain the half times theory to me, in easy language?
it's all very complicated and i did my divemaster's ages ago and have forgotten it all.. IDC coming up soon and i gotta get it right.
any links or straight answers would be much appreciated.
