    South of Cancun recommendations

Two full days. I've done PDC, Coz and Tulum before- never further north though. I was hoping to stay around Cancun.

    South of Cancun recommendations

So, I have a last-minute business trip to Cancun (Hilton All-inclusive just south of town) and I would like to dive a bit. Does anyone have recommendations in the area? Any operations you suggest?

Need help planning a dive trip to Cuba

Exactly. And if you don't mind staying in someone's house, you'll have a great time. My wife and I stayed AirBnB the entire trip. Every morning we had great breakfasts before we left the house, coffee and A/C every night. Now, some of the places were Spanish speaking only so that was the twist...

Need help planning a dive trip to Cuba

You can still use "In support of the Cuban People" exemption. It is true the "people to people" exemption has been removed but if you are able to stay at "Casa Particulares," eat and patronize non-government entities and keep an itinerary, you should be fine... You Can Travel to Cuba Legally...

Need help planning a dive trip to Cuba

If you are looking for shore diving, I will recommend against the Bay of Pigs (Playa Giron). I was there two years ago and the vis was not good- the operation was also very bad. The equipment was in very bad shape and I'm not too sure the operator was licensed. :O If I were to do it again, I...

Trip Report Diving with Blue Nation in Loreto Mexico

I was in Loreto for Thanksgiving 2018 and had a great time. I rented a car and went to the mission as well as inland to Constitution. We stayed at an Airbnb in town and had a great time ($40/day was a great price for an entire house). If you are thinking about Loreto, speaking Spanish is a plus...

    Hawaii recommendations: Oahu & Maui

I used Kaimana Divers in Oahu and loved it. Sea Tiger was a great dive. It was a nice, small boat with a great crew. Fun times in Waikiki. Scuba Diving Oahu With Kaimana Divers - Dive Oahu With The Pros I also rented a house in Waikiki but away from the tourist area on AirBnb. It was much more...

So, in Playa Larga or Playa Giron, where do you all suggest staying for the best dive and stay opportunities. I don't need five star but I need equipment as I don't have room to take mine.

    Best non-liveaboard diving in Cuba?

I'm heading there in March, unless the political climate changes dramatically. My problem is I don't want a prepackaged trip and am wondering what documentation I will need in order to return to the states. Any ideas?

    Need advise on Philippines diving

My last dive trip in the PI was Palawan- Tubbataha specifically. Great diving! Of course, that's not the norm. If you do get to the island, Island Divers are great! Norm and his family will take care of you!

    Diving in Cuba

I am currently planning a trip at the end of March. I don't plan on using a "canned" trip as I speak Spanish and am used to traveling on the local economy in other places such as the DR, Costa Rica, Panama, Venezuela, and Mexico. Is this possible? My plan was to stay in BNB's and trying to...

    Best non-liveaboard diving in Cuba?

Anyone have a website or information on the step by step to go on my own to Cuba? I can set up appointments and meetings to meet 'people to people' requirements but I'm not sure if there are organizations I can contact to make those arrangements. If anyone has made this trip already, I'd love to...
