Oceanic OCi Computer - Transmitter Signal Loss Issue

I would ask the dealer you purchased the computer from to contact Oceanic and request they change out the computer. If you have changed out the transmitter and are still having problems then it narrows it down to the problem being the computer. Perhaps a programming or wireless issue. Oceanic...

    Diving the GC Seaway 24/5/14

Yeah I only ever dive it on high. The seaway is pretty hit and miss as it is so going at high is the best chance of clean water. I entered the water just before high and it was basically a night dive, but the vis was good.

    An aspect of buoyancy

We used the A5800 with N2O2 and HeO2. It is a bulky set but comfortable to dive. It is made of non-ferrous metals so we were able to use it when searching for sea mines etc.

    Servicing SA

Hi diver257a, Thanks for the heads up. I recommended Snorkel Safari because they come up as an authorised dealer on the Aquanaut website. I figured that would be a sure thing for getting his BCD serviced. I didn't recommend the two shops you mentioned because I am not sure what their...
