Sounds like an upper bay issue as well as river mouths where there is alot of erosion going into the bay.

I am new to the forum so hello to all. I know of some hard and shell bottom areas that should be good to dive as well as spear fish. If anyone wants to get together to spear fish let me know.

Awesome! As far as gear, i found some good deals for BCs and such on craigslist as well as complete setups. Got my Sea Quest BC for 150$ and been using it for a while. Anything can be looked over at some dive shops before you use it.
