    Well for me it was a pretty good year...I logged 73 dives total so far for 2009...All but 4 dives were wreck dives in the great lakes... Best dives of 2009 Morrell Bow - 150' Morrell Stern - 180' Dunderburg - 150- Emperor Stern - 145' Meat and Potato dives of Sanilac... Best trip...

    The season is pretty much done on Sanilac Shores. This past weekend was the last for Rec and Tech. I know FF is closed for the winter now and the boat is in storage and brunos moved there boat already too. Thats about it for charters. We did make it out sunday though and diving was good. water...

    A perfect day on Lake Huron.

    Its was a great weekend of diving from sanilac and Harbor beach...We did the North Star twice and the Regina once on saturday. Sunday we made it up to the dunderburg...Weather was amazing!...Glad you had some good dives. Have a great dunderburg dive in 2 weeks! She is amazing...

    Pete, Thanks for the great info...I am considering a lot of things. I am a big DIY wreck diver! And an Exploroer at heart. I would dive a mudd puddle so new unexplored less dived aeras the better. I will look you up if somthing works out and i make the move. Thanks again. John

    Thanks guys! and oh yes...I dive dry...Also a tech diver so i have alot of experience with cold deep dark water. 40 degrees is our bottom temp in the great lakes year around on the deep wrecks. How is the Wreck diving?

    We made it out this past weekend again with Four Fathoms...The Lake was bumpy but the diving was excellent! North Star and Regina on Saturday and the Regina again on sunday. Viz was excellent and the water temps are starting to rise. I had 42 degrees :) thats up from 37 degrees we had back on...

    Lower Lake Huron has been excellent also this spring. All the mooring bouys are set off of Sanilac...We ran up to the Artic last weekend also...Viz was awesome! We Also had 37 degree water a Thermoclime would be nice...Glad Alpena is getting ready also the dive season is here...everyone should...

    Went out and placed a mooring this weekend on the North Star. Viz was amazing 60 or 70'.... If have you never dove the North Star with great Viz this is the time of year you want to dive it. Tons of Large Fish...White Fish Lake trout ect... We also dove the Mary Alice again and Viz was great...
