Unsure about other bands... but as fyi this is the one I'm using. By design, one of the pins can fail or fall out and the computer will stay on your wrist. Also, it's zero clearance on the underside of your wrist... so nothing gets caught on your suit or gear. The 30mm strap was a bit long...

Can you elaborate a bit on the specs for the screen guard? Is it hard plastic, thin film, glass? Any pictures available with the protector installed? If not, indoor and outdoor would be appreciated. Thanks!

After 5 tries... finally found a perfect fit screen protector. Although others advertised as 40mm, most actually arrived as 30 or 35mm. This one's spot-on. Water hasn't evaporated yet, so picture still shows some screen haze which will eventually evaporate. Chose against glass as plastic...

Difference is that a flooded spg goes to zero psi. When my transmitter flooded it added 700 psi to the readout... which can lead to severely different outcomes if you aren't pacing correctly.

Nice, good heads up with transmitter design... when/if I get the AI, I'll be sure to paint it. FYI, I recently had a Suunto transmitter flood. Unfortunately, they don't always stop transmitting when it happens. In my situation, it actually began reporting bad data and jumped my psi by 700...

No other retailer can match what a good LDS can do to help guide you...
