    Opinions on an SMS75?

How the hell does the xdeep cost 1250$? It costs 450€ in Europe, and that usually includes VAT.

    Eco-unfriendly Divers

Sidenote: going on a liveaboard (or any trip abroad actually) is also environmental non-sense. And I'm not buying into the "but there's nothing to see here" Coming back to your post, I have to say, you just discovered what many "divers" tend to be. Some will realize that they're doing things...

What Port to Put Pressure Gauge on Pony (redundant)?

I don't trust someone that is unable to detect a freeflowing reg to watch his SPG though.

    Getting my rig sorted out.

What's the point in separating those hoses? They're not going anywhere. Edit: Oh okay, for the routing I just saw your previous message so that clears some things up.

Sorry but how on earth is your short hose routed when you dive backmount?

    Getting my rig sorted out.

Why not routing the hose up, behind the neck and into your mouth with a 90° elbow? Not 200% familiar with the nomad, but I don't see immediately why that wouldn't work.

    Getting my rig sorted out.

I still don't understand how you're routing that short hose. It doesn't go behind your neck?

    Getting my rig sorted out.

Care to share a pic of what you are currently doing? Like, kneel down next to your tanks and route the hoses as if you are diving? Sounds like a clusterduck, and the solution doesn't sound like it will be solving that to be honest.

Broke even CCR vs OC fills costs!

Well, I remember when I used a scooter that it was incredibly annoying compared to my bubbles. To each their own I guess. Could be a frequency issue too.

    Apocalypse rebreather

Hey @Brad_Horn , since you're still on this board and active. How about you tell your mates to update their list? Until then, I would recommend hiding below 100m with your "rebreather". Especially since I see you are still promoting that "list" of garbage which you should know damn well is a...

Review of XDeep Stealth Tec 2 - July 2018

Seriously, you're buying "advanced" gear while being clueless about it and complain that it doesn't teach you how to dive... Sorry for being harsh, but that's just how it is.

Lost a possible job opportunity due to being a diver

Funny post. During my interview I said "I wont sign if the contract doesn't let me have a <<spare time job>> as scuba instructor" and they didn't bat an eye. Later on during a lunch also mentionned I do hiking, freediving and scuba in solo and the only reaction I got was "So if you don't show up...

DSMB & spool purchase - my considerations.

While the whole idea of needing an "auto-smb" is already silly imo, why would you use something as stupid as CO2 and waste refills when you can just put an air tank? The lengths people will go to to produce more waste is amazing. AP Self-sealing SMB with Inflation Cylinder | AP Diving

    Spisni study

Yah, except when the agency bans computers and you suggest that strongly that if one doesn't use RD (tm) then one cannot have an idea of what the computer should be reading. Then it's very hard to follow that idea, but otherwise yes, welcome to real life with divers that aren't idiots, they all...
