We stayed at Diver's Paradise and it was great. You can conveniently park right in front of your apartment, and they have individual dive equipment storage rooms. Also, the apartment was really well-equipped and the bed was amazing. John is a great host.

I just came back from a dive holiday in the Red Sea, where I extensively used my AF35 strobe. Personally I'm very happy with it, it fulfils all my beginner's needs! It's true that you need to get quite close to get nice colors on the photos, but isn't this always the case in UW photography?

This thread was really interesting to read through. I'm going to Con Dao in January. Looking forward to some amazing dives! :) Not sure what type of accomodation to choose on Con Dao though. Any tips or recommendations from anyone? Six Senses is too expensive.

I went diving in Austria, the Maldives, Croatia, and Australia. Going to Jordan in November and Vietnam in January. However, I've seen many more countries without diving there :) I have visited 45+ countries.
