I do not know what three stents cost in Mexico, but I can tell you that in southern Utah my husband had five stents placed with less than 24 hours in the hospital and the bill was $151,000. Stents themselves were $10,000 each. Cost to us with Medicare and a supplement $0.

Received conditional approval in October. Could not get an interview until December in Las Vegas. They took a new picture and did finger prints again. Had our new card within 10 days. Interview was required.

Giving up scuba diving due to my dive buddy/husband’s medical issue. Just not worth the risk. But we are grieving the loss of something we both loved doing together. We have great memories of our 1000+ dives all over the world.

Did the GWS trip a few years ago on the Nautilus Belle Amie. Highly recommend as they had five cages-three surface and two submersible. Great crew and comfortable boat. Truly a bucket list trip for us.

We spent three months each in 2012 and 2013. We would dive every other day. We did not rent a car and were able to walk to town, Sam’s Club, and the marina to catch the dive boat. We rented a condo at Palmar. Not cheap and we had to double our original budget. We really enjoyed it.

I had the shingles vaccine of two doses Shingrix. Mild side effects after the first shot and in bed flu like symptoms after the second dose. I have had a very mild case of shingles which I caught within 24 hours so medication worked great. Even with the side effects I would encourage the vaccine.

We have stayed at Palmar condos for three months at a time. I highly recommend any condo available to rent there. It is a safe secure building. The pool is never busy and the gym is very nice. Also you can drink the water and flush toilet paper in the toilet.
