I know you did yours with SDI, but for PADI, I just got my DM cert a couple weeks ago. For PADI, my DM application was processed within 3 working days of them receiving my paperwork. I was able to acces the PADI Pro site and see my status. The actually card arrived a week later.

Following up on the problem......the new dongle came yesterday and once I swapped it out, the Perdix starting to sync. So it seems that I did in fact have a bad BT dongle. It took a while to get the replacement, but Shearwater was great in getting the issue resolved.
