I have had mine since release and it seems to be going just as strong.

Ha, I guess I should have typed in "just".. But its true, I'd rather be out on a boat and eat a snack than go out to a nice dinner anywhere. Right now we have winter diving and unfortunatley I can't get as much "real" water time in, but trying something different this season.

Ambient Diver is mostly diving south but dive the northern sites and they were able to pick us up from a pier up north of Marina Fonatur. We dove up north and there are some nice pack sightings of Spotted eagle rays currently going on:)

I have about 40 dives with this light since November (not all was it turned on) and it is a solid light. I always get more than 2.5 hours on high (as stated by Orcatorch) but often the lower setting is plenty for diving many hours. I have found the need to secure it in the soft goodman handle...

It was annoying/silly and the predive check..up..as well. Maybe there is settings to change it but I didn't take the time to locate them. What I wanted to find on the watch was a tissue loading screen but never was able to locate one. But...the screen is great.

It seems to vibrate at safety stop until you push a button as well as after entering deco it vibrated until I hit the button.

How big of groups are your hearing about?

I borrowed one to play with and I had no issues reading it in shallow and bright waters and at depth is seemed extremely bright. The display was actually quite amazing for me, I was very surprised. I've never had issues reading my mk2i in the sun and this watch is quite a bit brighter.

I have taken them to a bit beyond 30ft without a case, issue for me is buttons lock seemingly much sooner. I had an aftermarket for my gp9 that worked great but the gopro housing is built in my opinion much better.

Easy to do, I still can't really read it...

As far as I know those are not closed in December. and we went to them as well. Chankana'ab was where we were told we could not go.

Beautiful pictures. I was happy with what I took until I saw yours:) I had a bit of different experiences with wildlife. I saw many Eagle rays in singles, pairs and trios as well as many turtles, but we did dive a ton.

Must have missed my post above:) I went with Gabe, and it was great. The trips were always a small boat with a couple of people, and I think his other DM's were awesome and often went above and beyond. I will be diving with his outfit again next year.
