    Review OrcaTorch D630 Dive Light

OrcaTorch D630 REVIEW OrcaTorch contacted me and asked if I could test and write a review for their D630 model: I have been testing different lights for some years for the different brands (probably because I do get discovered by some of them from the social media and Iceland as a country...

    Bonaire Travel March 8

Just got back from two weeks of diving in Bonaire. Heard the visibility was not good as it usually is (apparently they got some rain before we got there), but I was pretty happy with it still. Dive sites were not busy and barely met anyone underwater. Good place for CCR training and some great...

    Hands getting cold

One option is to use the inner gloves between the seal to let the air to flow in. In case of puncture, you can actually pull the inner glove off from there and close the seal.

    Review: XTAR D26 2500 lumens

I do use dry gloves and with them there is not a problem at all. Could be a little tricky with 7mm mittens, but I guess it all goes down to small details (experience, how good fit are the gloves, how chubby :) and short are your fingers and all that funny stuff). I find it easy to use.

    Review: XTAR D26 2500 lumens

Hi stuartv, I haven’t gotten my hands one the Whale, but to give you a quick answer: simple turning switch ( added a photo ) what prevents button to get turned on by accident while on the lock setting. Will take the light for the 3rd run on the weekend and will see how it feels in crystal...

    Review: XTAR D26 2500 lumens

Managed to get one of XTAR D26 dive lights to test out and first let me point out the environment where testing has been done: Iceland and both fresh water (night dive in Silfra, 100+m visibility, 3´C water & (almost-mixture of salt and fresh water) ocean dive (about 7`C) in narrow fissure...
