Hi. I downloaded firmware 4.1 file from Mares, opened this file with Mares PC software, then appears downloading window. Now on this window is written - PLEASE REPROGRAM THE DEVICE. Does it mean that something going wrong duiring firmware update process? That should I do - push START icon again...

The answer I tried to get here is - Yes, it is Mares algorithm which send diver to make deco-stop exactly on 3m depth, but...... :) new firmware 5.0 will come soon and there will be option to choose depth for deco-stop between 3, 4,5 and 6m.

Not. All divets were into deco and all divets exclude me made their deco-stop on 5m depth and than safety-stop on the same depth.Only me was forced to make deco-stop on 3m depth because only me had Icon HD. All other computers allow make deco-stop on 5m depth. And 3m depth is not the "ceiling"...

No I didn't. Why Mares Icon HD send on 3m depth to make deco-stop? Why all other computers make deco-stop on 5m ? It is simple question and I do not expect diving philosophy, I want to find out is it firmware mistake or supernatural algorithm and no need to tell that all computers do that...

I don't know WHY, but now we are so far from my question!!! The question was - why my Mares Icon HD NR after deco dive, send me on 3m depth to make deco-stop??? Why other divers (other computers owners) make their deco-stops on 5m depth???

I'm confused too, cause only me from all group incl. guide, forced to go higher than others after we all spend same time on same depth and confused guide ask me why I doing that.

Yes it is. That mean that I will be only one diver, who will stay higher than others before to come to the surface. This is small problem comparing with other one - it is much harder to stay on 3m depth with empty tank.

Of course. There is nothing written about possibility to change that. So that is algorythm or something with computer.
