Well your opinions convinced me this idea isn't great. Also I found it the inflator octo isn't easy to get parts for so I will either Sell it cheap it toss it. I'll spend the money on a nice sling setup instead of another inflator octo.

Airlines may prohibit tanks. However they don't search your bags, TSA does. So if it's in a bag just don't say anything, remove the valve and print the tsa instruction and tape it to the tank. I have never had a problem. Call shops some will do a free vis, just not put a new sticker on it...
