We would likely give strong consideration to an Air BnB. Is that a pretty safe option in GC? We've done it numerous times in Mexico without problem.

I was looking at Living The Dream dive shop... pretty good rates for 4 days of 2 tank dives. I'd probably do that and throw in a night dive. We saw quite a few good looking Air BnBs for under $100/night. We generally don't go overboard on lodging as we spend most of our time out and about.

I will chime in to add that I just got back from diving Mahahual and Cozumel with the Computer and trans that I bought and they worked flawlessly. Great transaction and quality computer/transmitter.

Another reason that makes me lean towards just going with a non BT dive computer. Really sounds like so far the BT doesn't offer all that much. Maybe it will all be ironed out down the road. But sounds a lot easier to just use cables
