Like others have said, you need it for specific types of dives or locations. For example, I just got my AOW cert. I had to get it so I was able to dive the Titan 1 missile silo in WA. Just did this dive this past weekend..... soo fun!!!! 8/12

I had those, x-large... (size 13 US) they gave me leg cramps over time. I'd feel cramps more so when I was on my back, kicking..... You're results my vary.... The bottom of my feet, and back of my legs would crap. I switched to twin jet max's and no cramps since. If you can, jump in a pool...

Lesson learned, check check!! :) Yes, the short fill had nothing do do with me running out of air... Just less air to consume. I should have been paying more attention. I did not, and OOA.

Short indeed! I think the fill was too 3000psi, but after the tank cooled down it was actually at ~26000psi. Think the most I got was ~2850psi. Thanks for your comments!
