    DIY Touch Screen Trimix Analyser

MD61/62 are not linear, I am sure. More or less I did the same what you suggested and detected the sensor's sensitivity curve. The detected curve gives a pretty similar result how you make the correction with fixed values in your code. Regarding to CO, I have never measured CO and do not know...

The sensor has a separate pcb and it is soldered on it. The small and the main pcb then connected together with wires. You can see it above.

    DIY Touch Screen Trimix Analyser

Thank you for the info. As I see it is only a sensor without temperature compensation. It would make the design more complicated. And it is non-linear. I might try this one later: https://www.winsen-sensor.com/d/files/ZE15-CO.pdf I could buy 100% He from a local gas station but it would cost...

    DIY Touch Screen Trimix Analyser

I have used this analyser for a few times but I have never noticed this functionality. A friend of mine has it. But anyway, MOD display is only a confortable function (mine shows the calculated values for 1.2, 1.4 and 1.6 pO2 without pressing any button) and more usefule for novice divers. For...

    DIY Touch Screen Trimix Analyser

Components on my website are much more professional than this analyzer, mostly cnc machined parts or contains only high quality industrial grade components. Some of them is in stock and some of them made on request. Let me know in pm if you are interested in any of them. But this is another...

    DIY Touch Screen Trimix Analyser

You can use N2, but most probably Argon or Helium is easier to access for divers. If you disconnect the O2 sensor you can also calibrate it electrically to zero. But it is less accurate.

Thank you for the info, I will check it. I do not refresh the whole screen, only characters and their background. So there is no flickering. mp4: analyzer.mp4

It has not been calibrated to Helium. For nitrox I use 3 points calibration.
