    PEANUTS ...........Buy a big bag of peanuts (in the shell) that will keep your hands occupied. It worked for me. Tell all your friends. Get support. There is a lot of help on line. Breath Nitrox, Air , helium whatever but not that ****! Good luck!

    Canada is a BIG place ! Where are you going, I will assume the PNW....... If you ever get out this way there is plenty of freshwater wreckdiving here! I dive until November in a three mil. But they tell me the ice diving is incredible!!!
