I agree with this. My 7mm thermaxx is very warm and easy to put on. The buoyancy is the same as my prior suit.

42 in a 7mm Henderson thermaxx in Rockport, MA. No issues. Wouldn’t go much colder wet though. Hands were fine with Aqualung heat gloves but feet were very cold, with wool socks under 6mm boots.

I have the Non-PP version yet the majority of my team have the PP, so I was looking to see what others opinions are about them. I personally just love that mine doesn’t free flow at the surface the way some of theirs would if they accidentally hit the switch. Thanks for your input!

+1 for the Aqua Lung heat gloves in 5mm. I dive NE and wear a 7mm wetsuit down to low 40s and have not once thought about my hands. Most at my LDS use these and swear by them.

The DGX valves i was looking at have the removable core, so i will definitely go for them. Thanks for the advice. Will definitely hang on to the adapter for travel as well.

Thanks for the advice. I will most likely replace the valves on the cylinders and get adapters for the fill station. I've had good luck with DGX so far so i will probably go that route.

I have the Apeks XTX200 with the Din connection. My tanks and fill station are set up for Yoke. I bought the Apeks adapter, and it sticks out pretty significantly and digs into the back of my BC. Does anyone have a suggestion for a low profile Din to Yoke adapter that would work better? Thank you.

Do you think this issue would be fixed with an omni mount swivel at the second stage? Or is the rubber that flexible?

Will the ABV be able to be retrofitted to the Spectrum if already purchased, or is this only an option that will be added to new masks?
