Question Where to stay and dive in Coiba, Panama

I dove with Scuba Coiba recently. The dive masters were top notch, best I ever had. The dive sites are awesome—probably as good as Malvinas. There were several other scuba shops there that also looked ok. They seem to all source their tanks, boats, boat drivers, and boat help from the same...

Wanted WTB: Scubapro QR weight pockets

Hi, thanks. Cheapest quick release I could find was Dive Right, which most places sell for $75. Was hoping to find something used for cheaper.

Wanted WTB: Scubapro QR weight pockets

Have a SP Form Tek harness with two inch webbing. Want to buy quick release weight system for it. Scubapro’s QR weight pouches (sku SCPWPQR) would be nice, but function and reliability more important underwater soother brands would be fine if I can’t find this exact one.

    Question Ikelite shutter release spring

Yeah… but 1) I’m not in America. They only service housings there. Shipping plus work plus shipping would probably be like $50 and two months. And 2) I can do this myself if I just have a photo.

    Question Ikelite shutter release spring

Hi, the shutter release spring on my Ikelite UC62856 hosing (for Olympus Tough TG5) came off. I’ve read on Amazon reviews that this isn’t an uncommon problem. Can anyone send a link if there’s a guide for reinstalling it (I wasn't anle to find one)? Or if you have an ikelite housing that looms...

Yes, thanks for sending. I saw that one too. Not familiar with Sub Gear and what little I could find online wasn’t impressive.

    Colon, Panama

Portobelo is about an hour away and has good diving, including plenty of reef, wild life, and some wrecks. There are at least two shops that offer guided dives. Golden Frog Scuba is one of them and does a good job safely.

Looking for a used Mares Explorer, Zeagle Ranger JR Youth, or Scubapro Rebel for 10yo. For reference, my wife’s Ladyhawk is XS and is currently too big for my son—so we’re definitely looking for kids bcd, not a very small adult bcd.
