    Dive Gear Express (DGX) SPGs

I love the regs I bought from them, especially the flex hoses. SPG is easy to read though I admit I mostly use it as a backup to my computer. When the SPG had a leak they walked me through which part to buy and how to fix it. Great customer service. We'd all buy from them again.

What are your 3 favorite pieces of SCUBA Gear???

    1. Shearwater Teric 2. Zeagle Zena 3. Deep 6 Eddy fins 4. Hair buff to reign in my hair Honorable mention to my boyfriend cuz he's a calming presence and has been down for spontaneous dive days whenever I've gotten the itch.

New here, Headed to Miami looking for recommendations in the general area

We've been using Rainbow Reef in Key Largo a lot since I'm still pretty new. They are very friendly to people without buddies since they put guides in the water with you, the sites are pretty shallow which helped me get comfortable with diving and then with new gear, and their prices are great...

First Regs: Deep 6 Signature, DGX Deep 6, Atomic B2, or something else?

Hey Y'all, Happy to bring you today's episode of "which regulator set should I purchase?" We dive mostly here in South Florida (Pompano/Deerfield and the Keys) and won't be going super deep or super cold anytime soon. However we will likely be moving to SC next year and would dive there as...

    Newbie in Florida

I actually haven't done BHB yet for scuba, just the snorkel trail. My best friend is getting certified soon and we want to do BHB. Locally I've done Deerfield Beach a couple of times for both scuba and snorkeling but that's mostly it. I'll have to check out Lauderdale by the Sea!!

Review / trip report Rainbow Reef Dive Center, Key Largo FL

I'll second the tight quarters feel. I'm an average sized person and felt cramped prepping and donning my gear. Other than that though (and really that was 5 minutes total of the trip), it was excellent. Every single person working for RR nice and welcoming. The rental gear was newer than the...

    Newbie in Florida

Thanks! I'm in SE Florida near Deerfield Beach. We had a storm dumping near constant rain for 2-3 weeks back in May and so postponed my last two dives. Then vacations and work did the remaining postponing til a couple of weeks ago.

Hey y'all. Certified a couple weeks back so brand spanking new and excited yet nervous still. Cert took forever to finish due to weather and scheduling so many thanks to SB for keeping me excited about diving. This is my new favorite place to spend some hours learning and reading so I'm excited...
