Does anyone know if the nude portion of haulover beach in florida allows scuba diving? Wife is coming up on her 100th dive.

I've tried them all and Dive Mate is what I finally landed on. Works great with my i300c. While kit and kaboodle was about 25 bucks.

We were out hunting lobster in Fort Lauderdale on a night dive last week and there was this odd looking species. I don't know if its some kind of anemone or something along those lines. It was picking off little fish as they swam by. Any ideas?

I understand your pain, LOL... after seeing the huge strides that a couple of months makes, I feel like I would be selling myself short if I settle for anything less than a 5 :) ... not to mention the additional time Im getting out of the same air on dives with similiar conditions and depths...

Great points! If I'm ever in the situation where I need to swim 800m, I'm certainly not going to fin kick the whole way, lol. Obviously in the dinner tow I'll be using by regular scuba gear. My fins are waaaaay to stiff to swim with no gear on, the work great in full gear even better towing...

Personally, I enjoy the company of a dive partner. I have done solo dives merely out of necessity (when I know there are 6 lobsters I can pick up 100' from the shoreline and my buddy didn't show). Just not my thing, I like enjoying the encounters with someone else. I do a lot of free diving...

Fortunately, I was able to resell the Force Fins for what I paid for them, locally. I'm looking into other options.
