    PLBs Can Save Your Life

I bought an Aqualink View about a year ago. I decided with the view for a couple reasons. Firstly, I dont fully trust any gear. I liked being able to test and get a LAT/LONG read out to verify that it was correct before taking it to the field. I have tested outside of my house, and then did...

    Review of Deep 6 Drysuit

Nice, I will look into the Kubi. I usually wear XXLs so it would be nice that I can get 100 mm rings. The seaskin looks pretty nice. Im moving over to Sidemount so I think its pretty cool that the D6 has cargo pockets put slightly forward. But this will be on my list to compare now. Thanks!

    Review of Deep 6 Drysuit

Their website lists mostly Si-Tech stuff. I have only used DUI suits in class...so from researching I think I'm going to end up with Sitech neck and the Glove lock system. Anyone running the glove lock? My hands are huge so I cant use the antares system.

Drills for already time-challenged teams and members

Good read. I will preface with the fact that I am not a PSD, however am a FF/EMT in a very busy urban dept in Maryland. In my experience "on duty" drills are by far the most effective, especially when given with little or no time to prepare for the scenario. When I was a tasked with...

    UTD Alpha/Delta

Thanks for your feedback. I am looking into the XDEEP Stealth 2.0 as well... Speaking of Wings, in reference to the Stealth 2.0, is there a huge difference between Tec and REC wings? (not accounting for Redundant buoyancy)

    UTD Alpha/Delta

Will research these further. I was mainly looking at UTD due to the fact you can build on the plate and harness, add a SM only wing, or a doubles BM wing etc. I love redundancy, and my next goal is to get into tec wreck diving, maybe caving, so why not start with SM now.

    UTD Alpha/Delta

Anyone have experience diving this rig? Looking to get into rec SM, and would like a system that can be upgraded as i get into Tec next year, while maintaining the ability to dive singles BM with my wife. I have searched for forums and mostly saw discussions from 2012 ish. anyone still diving this?
