What type of activity are you referring to? It depends if you want to dive on an archaeological site which is clearly defined as such and whats the purpose of the dive? Hobby or otherwise? What I know regarding cave diving here, I can tell you is that unless it is clearly marked at its entrance...

:) A group/association of individuals with a passion for archaeology, history, excavation, research, speleology, etc etc. Most of the team members are actual archaeologists in real life. Not part of the group myself, I just enjoy the diving :) They reached out to us to participate in the project.

You need a normoxic Trimix for that depth to enjoy the dive safely. I would say an intermediate tec dive.

A GoPro6 with two 50watt HID lights (100w total). For the drone shots I use a DJI Spark, a beginners drone. Nothing fancy, but it does the job. Visibility at the wreck was not great that day though.
