Hi all. I'm a newbie cave diver and looking to upgrade my primary light. I've checked the other threads but can't find what I'm looking for. Trying to determine if anyone manufactures a primary hand held that has minimum of 3500 lumens (on narrow beam), 10 degree (or less) beam, and a 3 hr burn...

Any recommendations out there for cave instructors in Tulum area? I'm hoping to find a transplant from US or England.... only because I often have difficulty catching the entire conversation when there's a Hispanic accent. I'm sure they probably can't understand me either with my southern drawl...

Beginner V-Planner question.... I just downloaded trial. It won't display a dive plan if I use anything above 50% on deco gas. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but I can't find any troubleshooting info on their website.

TDI deco training std requires 2 of the 4 dives be deeper than 100'.

Thanks to both of you! Looks like I'll have to tough it out in the cold water for my deco training or wait till summer. I'll keep diving in FL till then.At least I have some new places to check out now!

Just that once my skills are where they need to be in a drysuit, the plan was to start the AN/DP dives in FL if possible since the water is much more pleasant than NC. Blue Grotto is 107'+ right now but thought we might check out a different area. If need be we can do shallow dives only in NW FL...

Yes - cavern trained So forgetting depth which sites in that area would you recommend? (Must allow sidemount)
