    Transplate fit

The pads are not supposed to be connected to the bp, that is normal. Is the velcro you are talking about on the epaulets? If not, if it is on the pad, you must have a very old Transplate harness. If that is the case, and you would like to upgrade, please PM me.

    SS plate

The Transpac already has its own backplate. Are you looking for more weight? If so, you might want to take a look at the harness weights. If you are stuck on the hard backplate, you should take a look at the Transplate harness.

    Venture Wing or Trek Wing?

I would say go with the Venture. It will not flop up and "taco" your tank because it is not big enough to do so. The shape was designed to give people more lift on the bottom of the aircell so as to help you stay horizontal in the water. Again, go Venture. Cheers

    Canister lights.....!!!!

If you're looking for the higher wattage light, go with a 24, instead of a 21. Most 21's out there use bulbs/ballasts from Brightstar. We have found these are inferior to our 24 watt light. They are much more likely to flicker and have color temperature changes when the light head is rotated...

Oxycheck 50lb vs DR Classic for double LP-95

When I dived a 50 lb wing w/ my 95's, I found myself starved for buoyancy when I added a stage or 2, especially diving wet.

The RG1205 first stage is silver The RG1208 first stage is black That's the biggest difference They do use different diaphragms, as well. The RG1208's diaphragm is of a superior material allowing no IP fluctuation at high supply pressures (300 BAR or 3500 psi), whereas the RG1205's...

At Dive Rite, we find that approximately 75% of female divers use our SM Transpac (the backplate is 2 inches shorter than a standard). Long-torsoed women prefer our medium Transpac (uses the standard backplate, but has the SM shoulders).
