Haha your post made me laugh at least:) To clarify; The ADV is adjustable as i can tighten/losen the spring , and read of the mbar values as i make it trigger. So i have it at a "comfortable" value, not leaking DIL, and not to tight to activate "automatically". So I just want to know if...

I use one that's adjustable. If you dont use an adjustable one, you know what mbar is you non-adjustable set to?

Good day, I just have a simple question actually; At what amount of millibar would you recommend to trigger the ADV on an ECCR? To avoid high DIL->O2 usage in the lower end, and pulmonary edema in the other, I've ended up at around 45-55mbar to trigger it. Am i on to something? In advance...
