Most likely Tuwanek, and probably will be doing the right island then, as that's the only one I've seen them ever do. Vis can be VERY poor towards the right island especially, as there is a creek that empties right there, and in the spring, the glacier water is pouring into the inlet right...

Perth is where I first did my open water course in 2012. There are lots of solid shore dives around the area, Dolphin Scuba Diving is a great shop that puts on weekly shore dives every Sunday. Get out with them and do a double boat dive on Rottnest Island as well, you won't regret it. Like...
