I've had good luck with contact cement for almost all my dry suit repairs. I use WoodWeld brand because it's easily available at hardware stores and imo works as well as the stuff sold at shops.
Just be sure to clean both sides well with acetone. I use tape to keep the glue within the repair...
You had it serviced and you've been diving it without any trouble. Given that I can't see why you wouldn't use it.
Although not as old I use an old mk-2/g250 for my deco and pony bottles.
If you stay at Villa Aldora you will have to prepare your own breakfast. There are no nearby restaurants as far as I know.
When I stayed there with my wife we did our own shopping and prepared breakfast in our room. I think most rooms have kitchens or kitchenettes.

I have done this and it works well. I found having a solid form to be key. I used a generic stubby Christmas tin from Walmart. Clean up the old ring and lightly sand the new seal. I used contact cement to glue them together.
