Worth also noting, salinity, i need 2 pounds less in Mediterranean than in Red sea, glad it hasn't put you off tho 🙌 K

Getting more like i hate them. My bcd has zip up pockets fr weights. Lost count the number of times i have got to the surface and my quick release weight belt is falling off my ass. BUT i still get told i must wear a quick release belt 😑 K

They actually invented volcanic cement, far more stable and superior to modern cement. K

Had a load of bother with equalising left ear in Red Sea this year. Tried decongestants, jaw manuevre, everything- then swallowed little bit of sea water and PoP, clear as a bell. Worked on every dive after, that week. K

Nothing like that , but its amazing what can catch you out . My partner diving with me in Red Sea last week with new 4 Element suit , with the neck collar flap . Dive went fine , no problems , got to safety stop at 5m - 3minutes , after that she could not breathe , popped to surface , threw her...

@Steve A definately so . Diving Red Sea last week, morning divers went out with tide going out , strong off shore wind whipping up the surf - came back knackered with the current . My guide told me to wait couple hours whilst tide turned then we had a lovely dive :) K

Well done her, bit more selfless actions like that, needed in this World - just her being in contact with the distressed diver would have help the outcome. K
