I have a ScubaPro G2. I want to sell it. I cannot figure out how to factory delete, so that all my information is deleted from the unit. Factory reset on the G2 does not delete personal information or the dive log. Help...!!!!

We tried using those, when the Blacktip first came out. Due to battery or metal or motor windings (magnetic field), could never get those to NOT come up with some sort of deviation, to the tune of 5-10 degrees. Thus, we spawned our compass mount solution.

I tried a Ritchie compass on my BlackTip scooter, but the deviation is just too great for this compass. It’s off by more than 30 degrees when not mounted. I hope the Seattle Sports Sea River does better.
