Is there a "hardest cert/most stringent certifier?"
I agree that GUE training is definitely more rigorous. I took their Fundamentals Rec Pass last June after diving for over 15 years and just under 500 dives. I learned more in one course than I did in my path from PADI OW to MSD. If I could do anything different it would be to take the course...- Jorge Prieto

RAID Cave 1 - Good Course?
Having recently taken the GUE Fundamentals Rec pass with over 400 dives of varying experience, I would agree that having a few more dives and time in the water will certainly be beneficial and more enjoyable...it is hard work and a different philosophy with focus on fitness, team and goals.
