    My local paper article.

I thought the article was well done with the exception of author calling the OW certification a "license". It looks like the college also has a Scuba course that might help feed new members into your club. Good luck.

Look for Dive Log by Rob Knapen in the Android Marketplace. This is the Android application recommended by the author of Dive Log 5.0. It appears to be well done and only costs $1.38 USD. I use it wilh Diving Log 5.0 and it works fine. It will even allow youto scan in your "C" cards...

    Need Help With School Project

My first comment is that ScubaBoard has a polloing feature which is annonymous. As such you would receive more answers to question 10. Also, questions 10 is not a very good survey quetion since it is too vague and open to interpretation. Question 10 should have specific dollars ranges. 1-...

what reasons have you seen people not pass certifications?

My open water instructor is a NAUI Course Director. He required a grade of 90% or better on the written exam to pass. If someone was close to 90% he would go over the questions they got wrong to determine whether the student actually knew the correct answer but got it wrong because of how the...

Why it should be LAW that people should get certified

1984 is a book by George Orwell. Effectively the government is into every bit or your personal life. Privacy does not exist. It reminds me of a Zaegar & Evans song from the late 1960s Part the lyrics were "everything you think, do and say is in the pill you took today..." Another part of...
