This is version 2 of handle i made at work. I slotted the sides so that it can adjust on the fly to whatever thickness of underglove I'm using that dive. Works like a charm, although there's still la couple tweaks I want to do.

Mines got a 300bar Din but has the dip on the back of it for yoke. Guy told me I just need the insert but the special 300bar one has more threads

I'm 5'8". I currently use a 119 which I think fits great. I'm assuming this cylinder is 4" taller than that tank. Would it not be around the same size as an AL80?

Most of the shops around here (Vancouver) fill HP so it shouldn't be much of an issue. Ive been trying to find a physical size and capacity chart for steel cylinders, anyone know of one on hand?

HP 100 sounds the way I should be going then. I mostly do and will be doing shore dives, sometimes with decent surface swims to the site but not anything extreme. Most people I go with are using AL80's so I thought like you said, it might just be a waste of air and weight to always lug around...
