The Samira cancelled on me with no notice during covid. No communication until I sent them several messages. They then told me that I wasn't eligible for a refund and if I re-scheduled they were raising their rates 20%. I ended up still going, but went on the Aggressor - Both Aggressor II and III.

So...SSI and PADI do not recognize DM or instructors across agencies? That's good to know. I'm searching the threads looking for an answer to that question right now as I consider getting my DM. I've had my PADI certifications since 1994. It would be a pain to change agencies now.
