lol its legit! I like my garmin for normal dives and got this as a second unit to cave dive in the midwest. I'm now moving to the west coast and don't see myself continuing to tec dive out there for a while.
Older regs that I have not used but seem to work. 2nd stages have 1/2" port, 1st stages have both old and new port sizes.

I got certified in March 2020 in Utila right before COVID became a huge thing. Since then (and accounting for 6 dry weeks after a knee surgery) I've logged 75 dives both fresh and salt water, done OW and overhead environments, and am now pushing into cave courses. My watch only counts a dive...
Add small bungee loops to the shoulder straps below your shoulder d-rings. Clip the light to the D-ring via snaphook and use the bungee to secure the other end to the harness.
Even without the knees-to-chest part if you just don't inflate your wing fully and lean back as if you're floating on your back you'll be pretty cozy at the surface with your fin tips sticking out of the water.
The Garmin is a great watch. It tells me I'm being too lazy and displays my texts and runs the same algorithms as the Shearwater and other top name dive computers. It's large size also makes me look more masculine.
