Also have shot videos with RX100 M5, very annoying that overheating issue. Wish that Sony had a way to fix it... But yea, for now, I use it mostly for photos, and occasionally videos.

Have a Perdix AI, and absolutely like the compass and AI. Would not want to give up those.

I've seen Seaskin also, amazing value. But I can vote for Waterproof, really good value for the money (compared to those like DUI...).

Yea, diving with my drysuit for 3 years now, never had any issues. My drysuit is with fabric sock and rock boots, so like crzyfish said, that already prevents the feet to be inflated too much. And combining with gaitors it should be very safe. I sometimes hope that my feet could be a bit more...
