Lee, Thanks for the link to info. I am trying to identfy it so when I use it for show and tell I know what kind of shark it really came from. I have been saying as of now that they were from a great white. See you topside! John

I read it takes temps of 600* C. (628* Industry standard) to temper glass. The flame on a BIC lighter is reported to reach temps of 600 - 800* C. So I guess if you hold it on there long enough it may anneal the glass! see you topside! John

Go early, if you like it you can dive it again! Either place is fun for a couple of dives but they do get old. Both pump air, I don't know about gear rentals. see you topside! John
