Right now I've got a dgx steel backplate and wing (5lbs) that I wear for work. I'd like to get a back plate for travel. Is there a plastic back plate that would be recommended. I've seen some soft back plates but I think I'd prefer a rigid back plate. Any recommendations.

Yesterday I broke one of my cables for my z-330 to Olympus t6 fiber optic cable. I looked at the replacement cost and wondered if there was a cheaper place to buy cable or make them? The cable broke right at the crew cap. I'll attach a pic.

I lost my sola 1200 photo light over the weekend. I need to replace it but can't afford another sola right now .. Can anyone recommend a cheaper red focus light . I've seen one on Amazon but it doesn't have the best reviews.
