    no. Not all one purpose, as a BP/W performs many different purposes. Doubles, side mount, singles, lift capacity, etc. My Oceanic Biolite is great for traveling, but won’t provide me enough lift when I’m in my Drysuit, for example. My dive rite trans plate can do everything my biolite can, and more.

    New to the Forum - PNW diver

    Cave diving in the PNW would be mostly done in Oregon. Where I’m at all we really have are lakes and rivers. You should check out the Malheur Caves near Burns, OR. It’s a pretty well known cave system, but should give you an idea of where cave diving is done here. Hope this helps!
