Just got back from PV. Diving was pretty slow. Getting a spot wasn't a problem. I would just say stay away from Vallarta Adventures. Pure cattle boat. Most of the small opps are friendly with each other and help each other out so as not to have an empty boat. Even still we had 10 divers and 2 dm...
She's a pretty sweet craft. Sorry I'm so far away. I used to load and unload an I/O ski boat every week. Lots of fun watching the inexperienced on the ramp. I'll be in Kona this week but it's a family trip. I sold the boat years ago so I'm out of practice anyway. I would like to build another...
As for a name, how about Great White Divers, or Hope Divers, or Divers Hoping to Avoid Great Whites?
Ren, that's a bit problematic. I have to admit it occured to me also.

I doesn't matter what the task might be. Just that it should be a doable skill. Just for kicks let's say maneuvering into a structure or freeing up the anchor or rising in a confined space or taking a picture in a crevasse. Who knows... you should be balanced.

I had the same thing happen once. I went from my AL 80 to a steel 72. I took 4ibs off my waist and became very back heavy. I then took the weight from my trim pockets instead and was balanced. Too much weight on my back made me topsy turvy. When weighted neutral front back I can swim and/or...
I have binoculars with internal display for direction and distance. Some have a camera bulit in. A digital camera mask would be cool. Settings displayed on the lens would be cool. Add a zoom lens... Strobes could mount or be handheld.

Didn't sound like a whine to me. It was a very clear unemotional report of a product purchase with a clear follow up on the vendor. He was more than willing to work with what he got until it just wouldn't work. So far the whiner is you. I'm going to look at this product now and see what it's...
Great to hear from across the pond. Welcome from Nor California. We're hoping to make it over next summer. Hoping for 4 weeks to do England, Scotland, Ireland and Sweden.

Yah, I'm a bit confused too. I know some of the SS steam systems I've worked around held pretty high pressure and went through lots of work cycles. I KNOW SS WILL WORK HARDEN AND GET BRITTLE BUT....the movement from air fill cycles is pretty minimal. As always I'm still learning.

That Catherine and Lynn will take vacations at the same time and leave a deafening silence. OOOOOO scary! I chased (not too close) a triggerfish last year for a photo. I wish I had known it could kick my butt.

Thanks I appreciate the consideration. I had your collective ears and didn't want to start a new thread. I broke this thread awhile back when I went to tank buoyancy. What you did was further this discussion. All of this pertains to my question of tank purchase. Gas planning is something I...
