    CSSP has changed it's policy on letting instructors free. They will only allow and instructor in free if they are teaching a class. Just be aware if you are going out there and you are an instructor, now you have to pay unless you are teaching.

    9/2/08 Weigh -IN

    I am still down 19 pounds. I have upped my exercise to 5 days a week and from 1 hour to 1 and half hours a day. My reps are up, I am lifting more weight, and my cardio has increased. I feel amazing after my workouts. It is so addictive!!!
