I dove Beaver in Friday and Saturday. The conditions are way better then Table Rock. Vis 10 - 15 ft Friday. 7 - 10 ft on Saturday, our crew mucked it up a bit or it would of been better. Water temp was 54 degrees at 20 ft and 60 ft. Water was really choppy both days, but Sunday when...

Is there like a dive park that I can meetup with other divers? or a charter or something I can go on?

I am going to be in the Las Vegas area Sun - Wednesday and was hoping to get some diving in. Can anybody make any suggestions on where to dive? Most likely it will be Sunday when I can sneak away.

I am beginning to think that buying a bunch of extra cylinders is the way to go. I just like the idea that I can fill when I want with the cascade and/or compressor. Seems like a huge initial investment, lots to worry about, and tons of continuos maintenance.

Ok so it is becoming apparent that no dive shops have an afternoon dive on Wednesday of this week. But RJ's said there is some decent beach diving from 3rd street. Does anyone have any info on that? Anybody want to dive on that day?

So goes the question then. How much can I expect to spend on a compressor?

I will be out there on business and have basically between 12:30 and 6:00 to dive, and yes I will be alone that is why I am looking for a charter. Is there any beach diving worth a darn if I find a dive buddy?

Has anyone heard of Ocean Safari, they are the only ones close enough and have a dive trip scheduled for a Wednesday afternoon. Ocean Safari Diving Adventures The are in South Beach 3 mins from where I need to be.
