how do you guys think my odds are if i arrive in joburg on the 11th of july? i suppose i'd be insanely lucky to get to catch the run... and how close can you actually get while diving, i suppose the feeding sharks ought to keep one well away from the action :-)

whereever it is good :-) it is part of a long overland trip we'll do, and we plan to visit several places in moz, incl. tofo, pemba, ilha moz. etc. hope that helps a bit...

Hi, we will be going to moz next year at some point, and will off course be doing quite a bit of diving. but what i'd like to know is a bit more about the snorkelling. Is there much good snorkelling just off the beaces? i am trying to decide whether to bring my own flippers and so on...

i'll let you know if we succeed - we are going to utila around the 10th of july and plan on leaving for belize a good week later...

maybe i'll try and move my flight forward :-) i just cannot wait until next friday!
