I just booked a trip to Bonaire with my wife for next August. $400 RT air on United (out of Cincinnati), $265 all in on a rental truck for 8 days (Avis), and the condo for $1100 (Sand Dollar).

Libertad Car Rental is another good one. $352 all in for an 8 day rental for a Toyota hilux with a stick. They were waiting for me at the airport when I came out and the transaction took about 5 minutes.

It was one of his kids that came up positive, and is asymptomatic. Quarantine is 5 to 10 days. I’m guessing that if you test negative after 5, you’re good to go. If not, it’s ten days after positive test (which I think is the CDC guideline for asymptomatic positive test).
