You can dive anywhere - the yellow rocks mark the dive sites and you can read up on-line and decide which of the 60 some sites you want to visit & dive. If you rent a jeep or truck there is usually parking at each site. Easiest shore diving you will ever do!! have a good one....

Don't know about now, but when I was there two years ago there were women on beaches, dive sites, and especially on the beach at the Plaza where we stayed, laying back reading books, etc. topless!! There are very few police on the island - there is no way they could cover all the secluded...
