On Kauai, does anyone know Blue Dolphin Charters or the diving off napali coast? They offer a snorkel/snuba cataraman along the napali coast and seem to encourage non-divers or new divers to try scuba there. Seems a good fit for my wife who is newly certified padi open water. Thanks!

On Maui, we're leaning towards West Maui, probably lahaina or the town just north of there (I'd butcher the spelling if I tried to type it). South shore (makena?) is our other option. Thanks!

Hey all, Can anyone recommend dive boats in (or near) Tampa that'll take care of a group of 8-12? Most of the group will be uncertified trying SCUBA for the first time. Also, we'll be there in March. What will conditions be like, particularly temperature? Thanks in advance, Mike

I was there about a year ago and loved it. No algae problem that I saw.

Varun, It's 10 years ago now but I lived there for six months and logged 40-50 dives, including a number of night dives. Never saw a shark unless I went out looking for one. Its very safe and very fun. I highly recommend it. It's mostly wreck diving and artificial reefs. I'd dive False...

Elche, Are these places mostly wreck diving? My fiancee is less experienced and I want to introduce her to reef diving to start. Where's the best reef diving in Europe in your experience, particularly if it offers some surface activities as well. Thanks, Mike
